Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders move into processing, and adjustments may not be possible. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products and want you to experience their full benefits. After a 14-day usage period, if you’re still not satisfied, returns are available within 30 days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take care in packaging to prevent any damage. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives broken. Damage to packaging alone (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify for a return if the product itself is intact.
If your item is damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing shopatkokosko@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll review your case to determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer returns or replacements for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, KOKOSKO is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs issues, or other shipping factors. For delivery concerns, please contact the courier directly. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we may not be able to resend or refund your order.
