Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Orders are considered dispatched once they are handed to our shipping carrier and in transit to your address. During peak periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in processing delays or order cancellation. If there is an address issue detected by our system, our customer support team will contact you via email within 3 business days. Without a response within this timeframe, we may need to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In such cases, we recommend that you also contact the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information to resolve the issue. If the package is irretrievable, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
